I use a regular eating spoon for measuring, which is a bit smaller than a standard tablespoon. Feel free to use measuring spoons if you’d like—as long as you keep the ratio, it’ll turn out just fine. 🛒 Ingredients
- 1kg pork ribs
- 4 spoons olive oil
- ½ spoon salt
🧂 For the sauce
- 50g butter
- 2 spoons soy sauce
- 2 spoons honey
- 2 spoons minced garlic
- A little black pepper

📄 Directions
- Soak the pork ribs in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove excess blood.
- Pat the ribs completely dry. Season them with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake at 355°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.
- While the ribs are baking, melt the butter. Add soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and black pepper, and mix well to make the glaze.
- Take the ribs out and brush the glaze evenly over them.
- Bake again at 355°F (180°C) for 20 more minutes until nicely caramelized.
