I use a regular eating spoon for measuring, which is a bit smaller than a standard tablespoon. Feel free to use measuring spoons if you’d like—as long as you keep the ratio, it’ll turn out just fine. 🛒 Ingredients
- Beef sirloin
- 3 king oyster mushrooms
- 2 green onions
- ½ onion
- 200g bean sprouts
🥣 For the broth
- 200ml water
- 1 spoon sugar
- 4 spoon tsuyu (Japanese soup base)
- 1 spoon Korean soup soy sauce (guk-ganjang)
🧂 For the dipping sauce
- 2 spoon soy sauce
- 1 spoon vinegar
- 1 spoon allulose or sugar
- 1 spoon mirin or cooking wine
- A little mustard (optional)
- A spicy green pepper (optional)

📄 Directions
- Mix the broth ****in a bowl.
- Slice the king oyster mushrooms, green onions, and onion.
- You can cut the sirloin into bite-sized pieces if you like.
- Lay the mushrooms on the bottom of a large pan, place the beef in the center, and arrange the veggies around it.
- Pour in the broth and bring it to a boil. Let it simmer until the beef is fully cooked.
- Enjoy with a dipping sauce, if desired.
