I use a regular eating spoon for measuring, which is a bit smaller than a standard tablespoon. Feel free to use measuring spoons if you’d like—as long as you keep the ratio, it’ll turn out just fine. Also, don’t pour in all the sauce at once! Add it little by little and adjust to your taste as you go. Hope you find the perfect flavor for you :)

💰 Total: $ for 1 servings

📄 Directions

  1. Thinly shred the cabbage and carrot. Finely chop the green onion.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cabbage, carrot, green onion, and egg.
  3. Heat some oil in a large pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it out to match the shape of the two bread slices.
  4. Place the bread slices on top of the egg mixture while it’s still cooking.
  5. Once the egg is set, carefully flip the whole thing over.
  6. On one slice of bread, sprinkle sugar and layer cheddar cheese, ham, ketchup, and mustard.
  7. Fold it in half like a sandwich. Add butter to the pan and grill both sides until golden and crispy.
