💡
I use a regular eating spoon for measuring, which is a bit smaller than a standard tablespoon. Feel free to use measuring spoons if you’d like—as long as you keep the ratio, it’ll turn out just fine. Also, don’t pour in all the sauce at once! Add it little by little and adjust to your taste as you go. Hope you find the perfect flavor for you :)

🛒 Ingredients (2 serving)
- 900g chicken (cut into pieces)
- 1 green onion
- 1 onion
- A little bit of carrot
- 2 potatoes
🧂 For the sauce
- 1 spoon gochujang
- 3 spoons gochugaru
- 7 spoons soy sauce
- 4 spoons mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
- 1 spoon oyster sauce
- 3 spoons corn syrup (or oligo syrup)
- 2 spoons minced garlic
💰 Total: $19.8 for 2 servings
📄 Directions
- Add a little water to a pot and place the chicken pieces inside.
- Add gochujang, gochugaru, and soy sauce. Stir-fry the chicken for about 5 minutes.
- Cut the potatoes into quarters. Cut the carrot and onion into large chunks, similar in size to the potatoes.
- Add the potatoes, carrot, green onion, and onion to the pot. Pour in enough water to just cover the ingredients.
- Add the minced garlic, oyster sauce, mirin, and corn syrup. Simmer until the potatoes are fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
