I use a regular eating spoon for measuring, which is a bit smaller than a standard tablespoon. Feel free to use measuring spoons if youโd likeโas long as you keep the ratio, itโll turn out just fine. Also, donโt pour in all the sauce at once! Add it little by little and adjust to your taste as you go. Hope you find the perfect flavor for you :)

๐ย Ingredients
- 150g black soybeans (about 1 cup)
- 1 piece of kelp (5โ6 cm)
- 14 almonds
- 3 pinches of salt
- A handful of black sesame seeds
- Water (1.2โ1.5 liters for blending)
๐ย Directions
- Rinse the black soybeans 2โ3 times, then soak them in water for about 8 hours or overnight.
- Drain the soaked beans and place them in a rice cooker.
Add about 50ml of water and place the piece of kelp on top.
Cook using the multigrain or brown rice setting.
- Once the beans and kelp are cooked, let them cool slightly.
Transfer to a blender, and add the almonds, salt, and black sesame seeds.
- Add 1.2 to 1.5 liters of water, adjusting based on your preferred thickness,
then blend until smooth.
