I use a regular eating spoon for measuring, which is a bit smaller than a standard tablespoon. Feel free to use measuring spoons if youโd likeโas long as you keep the ratio, itโll turn out just fine. Also, donโt pour in all the sauce at once! Add it little by little and adjust to your taste as you go. Hope you find the perfect flavor for you :)

๐ย Ingredients
- 1 serving buckwheat noodles (soba)
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 onion
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- Sliced beef brisket
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce (for beef)
- Canned corn
- Mixed salad greens
- A handful of nuts
- Crispy onion flakes
๐ง For the dressing
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp allulose
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
๐ย Directions
- Slice the cucumber and onion thinly. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
- In a dry pan, cook the beef brisket. Once it's cooked through, add 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce and stir.
- Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Cook buckwheat noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse well under cold water and drain thoroughly.
- In a bowl, place the noodles. Top with salad greens, cucumber, onion, beef, cherry tomatoes, corn, nuts, and crispy onion flakes.
- Drizzle the dressing over the top and enjoy!
