I use a regular eating spoon for measuring, which is a bit smaller than a standard tablespoon. Feel free to use measuring spoons if youโ€™d likeโ€”as long as you keep the ratio, itโ€™ll turn out just fine. Also, donโ€™t pour in all the sauce at once! Add it little by little and adjust to your taste as you go. Hope you find the perfect flavor for you :)

  1. Slice the cucumber and onion thinly. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. In a dry pan, cook the beef brisket. Once it's cooked through, add 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce and stir.
  3. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  4. Cook buckwheat noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse well under cold water and drain thoroughly.
  5. In a bowl, place the noodles. Top with salad greens, cucumber, onion, beef, cherry tomatoes, corn, nuts, and crispy onion flakes.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the top and enjoy!
